Program Description
his module gives participants an introduction to the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® from Kouzes and Posner’s book. They will examine each of the practices: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. The participants are engaged in discovering their strengths as well as areas that might need improvement through assessments, role-playing, multiple choice questions, self-reflection exercises, and team activities. The module concludes by having all participants write out an Exemplary Leadership Development plan to solidify their commitment to continue their improvement goals.
