Program Description
This workshop introduces the importance of analyzing business processes and how they impact company performance and customer satisfaction. The methodology of process mapping is defined and key processes are selected to improve. Participants learn how to construct and analyze process flow charts and work flow diagrams, determining value-added vs. non-value added activities. Best process measures are identified as well as suitable benchmarks for measurement. Participants will plan and deliver a presentation of the conclusions they have made from their analysis.
