Program Description
This Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed to develop and certify the in-depth knowledge and skills of a Six Sigma Black Belt candidate. The course includes the advanced methods, the inferential and relational statistics, and the project management skills necessary to improve cross-departmental and organization-wide processes. The course comprises experiential learning, personalized labs, skill-based training, practical statistics, and immediately usable job aides. The participants in this workshop will learn how to strengthen their organization by using fundamental Lean and Six Sigma tools, including Project Selection, Data Collection and Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Project Implementation, and Control Processes.
