Program Description

This interactive program includes small-group discussions about the four domains of Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness and Self-Management on the personal side, and Social Awareness and Relationship Management on the social side. The participants will use skill-building exercises to demonstrate how this is accomplished. The workshop includes a hard copy of the book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, by Travis Bradberry & Jean Greaves, and an on-line assessment.
