Impact On The Organization
Emotional Intelligence has become a hot topic in business in recent years, with good reason. Many experts now believe that a person’s emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) makes a bigger contribution to a person’s quality of relationships and predictor of success than their IQ. The good news is that EQ can be enhanced and developed. In today’s dynamic business environment leveraging relationships, working effectively with others, and navigating difficult situations, is more necessary than ever.
