Participants discuss their unspoken assumptions about time, learn proven strategies for effective time management, and master a complete time management system. They also learn powerful techniques for eliminating procrastination and other time wasters.

Participants investigate effective delegation skills and tools, and learn how to apply them. They learn how to set priorities and create an action plan for each day, and then practice these skills. Finally, they discover when and how to say “no” as part of a broader time management plan. Throughout this module, participants interact actively with the instructor and each other. They participate in appropriate simulations, exercises, and practice sessions, and learn how to apply them meaningfully to everyday work situations.
