Program Description
This program introduces DiSC to the organization’s managers and supervisors. Using online pre-work (allow approximately 15 minutes of dedicated time), the participants will receive a comprehensive 26-page color printout of their full profile, including a summary of their behavioral impact on the workforce. Participants learn about their strengths and challenges as managers, and how to adapt their behavior and communication styles to meet the needs of, not only the people they manage, but also their bosses. The result is having a team of managers that adapt their styles to manage and communicate more effectively.
